CTP Company Services was established in 2005 by
Gareth Morgan.
The company was formed to provide worldwide service support for the older product ranges that STS manufactured from the 1990’s to early 2000.
CTP is the only STS endorsed third party service provider, for the plasma kit range of products worldwide.

The company headquarters is based 10 miles from the former STS main manufacturing facility in Newport, UK.

Because of my close links with STS, I can offer a range of STS backed expert services, to enable customer’s to further extend the operational life of those older machines.

I am able to still source OEM parts or arrange for new parts to be manufactured to the original OEM specification. I can do this by using the original manufacturing drawings supplied to me by STS.

I worked for STS for 25 years in various roles ranging from test technician, International Service Engineer and finally as the Training and Technical Publications Manager.

In 2005 I decided to leave STS and start my own service support business. I could see that there could be a niche market developing in the support of the older machines.

Since then the business has steadily grown, with me personally conducting all site visits. Because of this I feel my clients have continuity between initial email support, to actual face to face meetings if needed.

My company is still a small company but I believe this also makes me very competitive and flexible. I can fit in with most of our customers expectations for excellent service support.
