Clients under technical support contracts automatically receive priority trouble resolution support- especially useful at critical times when major system failures are experienced.
REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT PACKAGE
|REMOTE SUPPORT PACKAGE:
Twelve hours remote technical support.
(Please note that this package can not have any unused hours carried over after the 12 months has expired).

If you require part or full-time support on a SIX MONTHLY OR YEARLY basis, I would be able to offer a custom service plan
Price On Application
1. No service support will be undertaken by CTP Company Services until a valid customers purchase order number is received or payment, for any of the packages mentioned above.
2. Also any delay in payment will result in termination of the remote technical service support until payment is received.
3. All contracts require an official order number so that invoicing can take place.
4. Payment is preferred by BACS transfer or Paypal (additional admin fee is applicable for Paypal payments).
5. Customers can buy multiple service packages up front and this will attract a discounted rate.
PLEASE NOTE: Usage of time will be logged and deducted from the Remote Service Package. When the package is within its last month, you will be given the option to renew the support package. The end of the package is deemed to be 12 months after the stated start date, or when your allowed package usage time runs out. Which event occurs first.

3 DAY OPERATOR TRAINING COURSE (Up to Four People per course)

All trainers expenses are extra and will be quoted at time of enquiry.
FIXED YEARLY SERVICE CONTRACT OPTIONS
If your company would prefer to buy an Annual Service Contract, this could give you 3 x 3 day emergency breakdown visits, all priority guaranteed. And 1 x 5 day maintenance visit during the yearly contract period.
Any customised package can also be offered. Also included in any of the packages offered, is unlimited email and Skype support together with a further 20% discount on all spare parts bought within the service contract period.
